In this very moment you can profit and check what to do to avoid most common typos, how to prepare figures and the manuscript itself – if followed the short guidelines will assure the right input for any typesetter.
You can have your PhD as you like for a reasonable price – just take a look around this website and when you're ready to begin you can fill in the contact form and I will get in touch with you within three working days.
We work remotely. On a regular basis you will receive information about the progress of typesetting and production. At any time you are welcome to ask what's going on with your thesis. Below you can see the description of the individual stages of the process. Please allow a minimum of four weeks from submission of the manuscript to the reception of books.
Typesetting is the most important part of the "printing process". During typesetting your thesis will obtain it's final graphical form. All the word processor texts are imported into professional DTP software. Using this software I find and correct all the special characters (typical examples: degree sign, space around math symbols, upper and lower indexes and many more) and I apply your desired layout. I convert all your figures into print-friendly formats and colour spaces to keep maximum quality. I adapt the size and position of figures to fit to the layout and to unify them trough the whole thesis. Depending on the complexity and volume of the manusript the typesetting process takes from few days up to two weeks.
During this stage you can choose the style of the book, should it have a modern or old-school look? Should it be more fancy or simplier? I can adjust all the layout to fit exactly into your desired and imagined thesis! Make it the way you will love!
The great advantage of the professional typesetting is that you do not prepare files yourself. Probably you have seen some guides how to export files into a proper PDF - sometimes there is a very complicated path to reach particular technology requirements. With me it is not the case, as I deal with all the technical stuff, no matter which printing technique or cover finish you choose. All is customized and optimized for you!
Want to print your book by yourself? OK! You are most welcome also if all you need is typesetting!
Your manuscript should be as simple as possible. This means that you do not need to use any advanced formatting or sophisticated graphical effects. During import to the publishing software all the styles shall be converted to fit the layout of the book.

Do you need some extra prints or design? Are you are interested in having an invitation for your defence party? Or maybe the "statements" prints?
