We work remotely. On a regular basis you will receive information about the progress of typesetting and production. At any time you are welcome to ask what's going on with your thesis. Below you can see the description of the individual stages of the process. Please allow a minimum of four weeks from submission of the manuscript to the reception of books.

1. Manuscript

Please read how to prepare your manuscript and figures.

After you have all the manuscript files ready you provide them for typesetting. If your files are very heavy consider sending them via file transfer services (i.e. dropbox, filemail.com). You can archive all the files into one ZIP file first - it will save you a lot of hassle sending all the files one by one.

2. Typesetting

Typesetting is the most important part of the "printing process". During typesetting your thesis receives its final graphical form.  Depending on the volume of your thesis it takes from a few days up to two weeks. Read more about typesetting and pricing.

After the typesetting is done, you will have two revision sessions in order to check if everything is OK. You communicate the changes within the typeset PDF file, using Acrobat correction tools:

Thanks to the clean look of the typest thesis, authors usually find things that require perfection (typos etc.), so do the correction carefully!

Your corrections allow finishing the typesetting. All the elements, like table of contents, are generated at this stage. The final version is submitted for your final approval. Once you are happy with the book, I send the thesis to the printhouse, where it get the final review and technical preflight.

Printing is the last stage of the proces. Depending the printing technique, binding and cover type it may take one or a few weeks (usually not more than four weeks).
